      Policy Book Club: Boomsday

Boomsday, a 2007 novel by Christopher Buckley, is a political satire about the rivalry between squandering Baby Boomers and younger generations of Americans who do not want to pay high taxes for their elders' retirement. Hosted by Public Policy faculty member George Vegh, the Alumni Book Club will discuss Boomsday by Christopher Buckley.  The meeting will take place on Thursday, August 29th from 7 pm to 9 pm EST. We encourage you to attend if you haven't had a chance to read the book but still wish to engage in discussion. A short review is available online. We will send out the address shortly before the event via eventbrite. If you do not receive it please contact us (juhi.sujan@gmail.com, zach.lewsen@gmail.com).
